ACT - Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

ACT is a functional contextual intervention approach based on relational frame theory. 

Along with the therapist you work on understanding your personal values to reach your goals. Through a planned intervention and support we work to Accept your thoughts and feelings and things outside your control. 

We work towards exploring and committing to your individual

values. We then take Action inline with your values to 

help you reach your goals in life.

Each session is priced at £85, We work for a minimum of 6 sessions together. The sessions can be delivered in-person or online. 

There are discounts for subsequent sessions.
